We are excited to introduce the first of our new Black label vintage sparkling wines – 2019 Blanc de Blanc.

This Méthode Traditionnelle wine is made from 100% Chardonnay from single vineyard in Main Ridge, Mornington Peninsula. Hand-picked and whole bunch pressed with primary fermentation in old French barriques. Secondary fermentation undertaken in this bottle and left for extended time on lees for over 4 years.

A delightful symphony of aromas leap from the glass including citrus, honeysuckle, and apple. The palate unfolds with a refreshing crispness, showcasing vibrant citrus, stonefruit, and crisp apple flavours. The wine has reached an appealing balance, where the primary characters shine brightly, and are gracefully complemented by nuanced complexities that have developed through bottle aging. Enjoy with oysters and sashimi.

Available on tasting in our cellar door in our sparkling flight. Purchase online or direct at our cellar door.
