We enjoyed a night of indulgence at the Biji Dining X Rahona Valley Dinner in June.
Harry Mangat has been hailed as a new wave of talent by Melbourne Food and Wine Festival that’s bringing fresh new ideas and energy to Indian food in Australia right now. Harry was invited to cook for 1500+ people at World’s longest brunch in March 2024, so we were excited to have him cook for us, and was it a treat.
It was a culinary journey, perfectly matched with the finest Rahona Valley sparkling and cool climate wines.
